Shipping & Returns

We only ship to addresses within Australia.

Orders will be dispatched via Australia Post eParcel (Monday - Friday) as soon as bank confirmation of payment is received.  A signature is required upon delivery. All parcels are bubble and cardboard wrapped. With larger and heavier items, courier may be chosen as the preferred shipping option.

We offer a low flat rate shipping starting from $8.95.

Pickup

Local pickup is available to save on postage cost. We are located in Burwood East, Melbourne.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order - if you have any problems please contact us and we will do our best to help.

If the item is faulty or not as described, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. You will be issued with a Return Authorisation Number. We will not accept any goods for return which do not have a Return Authorisation Number. Each Return Authorisation Number is only valid for one product and must match the product authorised for return.

All items have to be returned within 14 days via Registered Post (for proof of posting) in its original condition and packaging, ie. item is unused, unsoiled and undamaged. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Upon inspection of the return item, if it is truly faulty, item will be exchanged if stock is available. No additional shipping will be charged on replacement of faulty item. If stock is not available, money will be refunded excluding original postage.
