1. Credit Card
MasterCard and Visa are accepted. To pay by this method, please select 'Credit Card' as the payment option during step 2 of the checkout process. Credit card payment is available through our SSL secured link with eWay, Australia's number one internet payment gateway with the highest level of security. eWay will process the secured transaction and credit card details are not stored on our server.
Please contact us if you have any issues when paying by credit cards online. Our merchant facility is also available for orders placed via emails, phone calls and local pickups.
2. Cash On Pickup
Please select this payment method if paying by cash for local pick-up at our premise.
3. Direct Bank Deposit
You may deposit your payment directly into our bank account, using the internet payment facilities provided by your bank.
4. Money Order
Australia Post Money Orders are accepted.

We only ship to addresses within Australia.
Orders will be dispatched via Australia Post eParcel or courier on Monday to Friday excluding public holiday, and as soon as bank confirmation of payment is received. All parcels are bubble and/or cardboard wrapped.
With larger and heavier items, courier may be chosen as the preferred shipping option and extra shipping charges may be required. We will contact you to confirm the shipping charges before the order is dispatched.
Customer please note: a signature is generally required with eParcel or Courier upon delivery. If you instruct us to leave the parcel at a specific location at the delivery address, you are giving us authorization to instruct Australia Post or Courier driver to leave parcel without signature at delivery. By doing this, you are assuming all risks and we are therefore not responsible and liable for any missing parcel or damages thereafter.
For customers who live in unit or apartment block, we are no longer able to accept delivery instruction such as 'leave parcel at front door' etc.. This action has to be taken due to previous experience with missing parcels. We do apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused the customers.
We offer a low flat rate shipping starting from $8.95. Express post is also available on request. Please email us for a quote.

If the item is faulty or not as described, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. You will be issued with a Return Authorisation Number. We will not accept any goods for return which do not have a Return Authorisation Number. Each Return Authorisation Number is only valid for one product and must match the product authorised for return.
All items have to be returned within 30 days via Registered Post (for proof of posting) in its original condition and packaging, ie. item is unused, unsoiled and undamaged. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Upon inspection of the return item, if it is truly faulty, item will be exchanged if stock is available. No additional shipping will be charged on replacement of faulty item. If stock is not available, money will be refunded excluding original postage.
