This Grapat set of colourful wooden Rounds, provides 30 wooden pieces in various formats and colours, for the exploration of the concept of ‘what is round’. The set includes 6 wooden balls, 12 half spheres and 12 curved discs.  

For the younger child it provides a sensory experience and exploration through touch and play. 

These smooth wooden shapes will allow older children, a tactile understanding of the sphere and round shape; two half spheres that can be turned into a whole sphere, two discs that are slightly curved but do not become a circumference. A perfect set to use as a playful introduction to mathematical and logical thinking, and the concepts of geometry. An ideal material to combine with building blocks for construction and the creation of small world play.
